The Center offers a variety of empowerment workshops. These workshops are available to anyone who is seeking new and fun ways to grow spiritually. Enrollment is usually an array of eclectic personalities living at different levels of awareness. This makes for interesting conversation, unexpected experiences, and enjoyable learning. Listed below are the two most requested workshops.

LIVING IN ABUNDANCE

This linear, yet cosmic eclectic one-day workshop is designed to guide you in the delightful experience of getting to know yourself. The day begins with simple exercises that guide participants into their center, grounding and preparing energetically to travel within themselves. A willingness to “see” who you really are is the key to the door. This work focuses on individually defining present day values and standards of integrity; thus allowing each person to draw his or her own map to a life filled with Abundance. Do you want to live a more peaceful, happy and abundant existence? Join us!

LIVING IN ABUNDANCE RETREAT

We are heading to " The Ranch"! Come enjoy this overnight heart-opening experience at the Triangle T Ranch. This is one of the oldest Ranches in Arizona and located only 60 miles east of Tucson in the foothills of the Dragoon Mountains. Its unique location in the Texas Canyon, amidst gigantic boulders piled high in startling formations offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the Southwest.

Could there be a better place to Live and Breathe in ABUNDANCE?

The event begins on Friday evening with a get acquainted hors d'oeuvre reception and preparation to "Live Abundantly" play time. Saturday morning we will feed our souls with a morning Labyrinth walk before breakfast. A short break to enjoy the Ranch and off to Abundance Land we will go! Lunch and afternoon snack will also be served so all you need do is show up!

Workshop Fee: Room accommodations, reception, meals and snacks are ALL be included in the workshop fee.

POEMS, PRAYERS AND PROMISES: A workshop all about Y0U… your hopes, your dreams, your style, and passions, your likes, your dislikes and so much more! We begin the day with simple energetic exercises that support the student in being present. A portion of the class is based on the gifted work of Sarah Ban Brathnach, author of The illustrated Discovery Journal. Bring a Poem, say a Prayer, and make the Promise to be the best, most genuine soul you can be. Let the magical journey begin. Come and experience the surprises that this one-day wonder will bring!
